Somatic Voyage
Uluwatu, Bali, Indonesia
“One of the best things i’ve ever done for myself”
The Somatic Voyage is a six-day elemental journey back into your body and the power of community.
If you’ve been living in your head, running on empty, or quietly feeling disconnected, from yourself, your people, or the world around you, this is a space where you and your nervous system can finally breathe.
This journey offers time to cultivate awareness, create lasting memories, and remember who you are beneath the noise of this accelerated world.

“They created a space where i could truly feel again”
Through breathwork, movement, integration circles and rest, we hold a structured yet spacious container where people feel safe enough to open, release, and be themselves.
To be clear, this isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about giving you space to breathe, tools to regulate, and a solid community to support you along the way.
If something in you feels drawn to this, trust that.

Tugba 2025 GuestFrequently asked Questions
-
Yes — and we actually encourage it.
Many guests arrive solo and leave feeling deeply connected. We intentionally create a welcoming, inclusive environment where strangers quickly feel like friends.
“How close I got to 14 strangers in 5 days was simply inspiring.”
You won’t be doing this alone.
-
You’re welcome to share a room with a friend or partner, or we can thoughtfully match you with another solo guest.
This option is available on all our retreats and is a great way to reduce accommodation costs while still having a beautiful shared experience.
-
Yes, we do.
We offer payment plans to support accessibility and help you manage the investment over time. After your initial deposit, the remaining balance can be split into monthly payments. Payments are made manually via bank transfer.
-
You’ll need to book a flight that:
• Arrives at Denpasar (DPS) before 2pm on Sunday 26 July 2026
• Departs Denpasar (DPS) after 2pm on Friday 31 July 2026We highly recommend allowing yourself a couple of extra days in Indonesia before and/or after the retreat if you can. Giving yourself space to integrate, rather than flying straight back into everyday life, makes a huge difference.
-
July is one of the best times to be in Bali.
Expect warm, sunny days (around 24–30°C), low humidity, blue skies and very little rain. Evenings are slightly cooler and perfect for our barefoot dinners on the hotels lawn.
-
Yes.
Feeling nervous is completely normal, and often a sign that growth is nearby.
Your nervous system recognises that this may stretch you. Old fears can surface when we step toward something new.
Everything we offer on retreat is an invitation. You are always encouraged to meet yourself where you’re at. Rest when needed. Participate when ready.
A question to consider:
How many times have you let nerves get in the way of growth?
If you feel the pull, lean into it. We are deeply committed to creating a safe, supportive and empowering space for you to grow.
-
You’re welcome here.
This retreat isn’t about being loud, outgoing or “on” all the time. It’s about depth, and introverts often thrive in spaces where conversations are real and intentional.
There is spaciousness woven into the schedule. Time to rest. Time to journal. Time to observe. Time to step back when needed.
Everything we offer is an invitation. You’re never required to share more than you’re ready for.
-
Yes.

-
Absolutely!
As much as we encourage solo attendance, we’ve also witnessed incredible transformations within partnerships.Coming together means you don’t have to explain what you experienced when you return home, you lived it side by side. It becomes something you both grow through and integrate together.
-
That’s what we’re here for.
This retreat caters to all levels, from first-timers to experienced practitioners.
If you’re reading this, you’re breathing. Which means we can work with it.
“For the first time in a long time, my nervous system felt safe.” -
None.
Whether you’ve never stepped on a mat or have been practicing for years, all sessions are guided in a way that allows you to move at your own pace, and test your limits.
Everything is invitational.
